COVID-19 pandemic
COVID-19 is caused by a virus called SARS-CoV-2.
We continue to use strict sanitizing techniques and after each patient, with special attention to high use areas and horizontal surfaces. We still utilize a state-of-the-art air purifier which kills 99.9% of virii and bacteria as well as dust, environmental toxins and pollens. Any future recommendations from the state, federal or CDC will be implemented as appropriate.
If one feels ill, please stay home and reappoint with the doctor. This ensures we all stay healthy and do our part to stop the spread of any infectious illness.
In April of 2021 the CDC recommended that when visiting a healthcare facility, one should wear a mask, and Dr. Xenos and her staff wear masks and have them available should you forget yours. Hand sanitizer is available and is recommended for use as one enters the office. We know that using a mask for small children may be difficult and if the treatment room is not available for you, you may want to wait in your car with your child and await a text or call from the office when the treatment room is available.
